At Uxbrand, we take data security and confidentiality seriously.
Our clients trust us with information, strategies, and products that are often in development or under NDA, and we make it a priority to handle every detail with responsibility and discretion.
1. Commitment to confidentiality
All project materials, assets, and discussions shared with Uxbrand are treated as confidential.
We do not disclose, reproduce, or share any information with third parties without written authorization from the client.
If required, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting any engagement.
2. Secure data handling
We store all client-related files and communications in secure, access-restricted cloud environments.
Project data is never shared externally unless explicitly authorized for collaboration purposes.
Our systems follow best practices for digital security, including strong password policies, two-factor authentication, and encrypted storage.
3. Communication and collaboration
We use trusted tools and platforms for project management and file sharing, such as Figma, Notion, and Framer, all of which comply with global privacy and security standards (GDPR and LGPD).
When working with third-party contractors, we ensure that all collaborators sign confidentiality and data protection agreements before gaining access to project information.
4. Data retention
Client data is retained only for as long as necessary to support ongoing collaboration or for internal record-keeping.
At the end of a project or upon request, we securely delete or anonymize all associated data and assets.
5. Incident prevention
While we maintain strong technical and operational safeguards, no digital system is completely immune to risk.
If any incident or breach affecting client data were to occur, Uxbrand would take immediate action to contain the issue and notify affected parties promptly and transparently.
6. Questions or requests
